General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service

Le Domaine du Mas de Pierre

These General Terms of Service apply to any service provided by Domaine du Mas de Pierre, within the framework of a contractual relationship between SNC Mas de Pierre, referred to as “the Professional,” and the Client, referred to as “the Consumer.” These two terms (Professional and Consumer) are defined as they appear in the preliminary article of the French Consumer Code.

These terms and their appendices may include the following documents:
• supplementary documents referred to via hypertext link (e.g., price lists),
• Internal Regulations and safety instructions applicable during the provision of the service (e.g., Swimming Pool Regulations),
• any potential quotes.
These constitute the Contract concluded by the Client with Domaine du Mas de Pierre, regardless of the booking method (direct, by telephone or email, or via a platform or service provider).

All rates in these Terms and Conditions are inclusive of all taxes (except tourist tax) and service charges (where applicable).

When the Client books at Domaine du Mas de Pierre, they contract with the general partnership SNC Le Mas de Pierre, whose registered office is located at 2431 Route de Cagnes (06140 VENCE). The company is registered with the RCS under SIREN number 450 228 317 and its intra-community VAT number is FR 24 450 228 317.
The services provided by Domaine du Mas de Pierre will be performed at or from its establishment located at 2320 route des Serres, 06570 Saint-Paul-de-Vence.

By way of derogation from Article L214-1 of the French Consumer Code, it is specified that all sums paid in advance by the Client shall constitute deposits and not down payments. The time of this payment shall correspond to the time the contract is concluded.

Except for the sale of gift cards, the Client is reminded that due to the nature of the services offered, and in application of Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, they are not entitled to exercise a right of withdrawal for any of the services offered below.

Domaine du Mas de Pierre primarily offers three types of services:
• A luxury hotel service (5-star rating), with bookings ranging from Superior rooms to suites and apartments, as well as hosting and room rental for seminars.
• A high-end SPA service, offering the following facilities: SPA, whirlpool, hammam, massage, sauna, snow cave, relaxation lounge, and herbal tea room…
• A catering service, with up to four distinct offerings depending on the time of year:
– the Dolce Provenza bistro, offering local cuisine.
– the gourmet restaurant La Table de Pierre.
– Le Bar.
– Le Bar Paillote (seasonal opening)

The Client may book hotel services at Domaine du Mas de Pierre by email or telephone, using the contact details provided above.
Bookings can also be made through a platform or a “reseller” service provider of Domaine du Mas de Pierre services.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. In the event of early check-in, late check-in, or late check-out, the Client must inform the reception as soon as possible. Staff will do their best to accommodate the request, although this does not constitute an obligation for Domaine du Mas de Pierre.
Any late check-out may result in the billing of an additional night.
In the event of early departure, 100% of the remaining booked stay will be charged.
All booking confirmations are subject to the receipt of a deposit by Mas de Pierre. The amount of the deposit is calculated as follows:
• 1 night for any stay outside of high season.
• 100% of the total stay amount during high season (from mid-May to mid-September, dates are defined annually).

The Client is informed that they must provide a pre-authorization of €100 on their payment method to allow for the billing of any extras consumed during their stay. If applicable, the remaining balance must be settled at reception at the latest during check-out.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the client. Domaine du Mas de Pierre will agree to refund deposits paid only subject to the following notice periods:
• At least 7 days before the arrival date for high season stays (from mid-May to mid-September, dates are defined annually).
• At least 48 hours before the arrival date for the rest of the year.

For any cancellation outside these cases, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be returned, and Mas de Pierre further reserves the right to seek compensation for damages suffered.
In the event of early departure, 100% of the remaining booked stay will be charged.

Room rates are per night, excluding breakfast.
However, the following are included: Wi-Fi, and access to the SPA areas, swimming pool, lagoon, fitness room, multisport court, and digital tablet provided in the room…

Rates are subject to fluctuation, particularly based on hotel occupancy, room size, amenities, or location. They are as follows, by room category:
• Superior from €195 to €1,000
• Deluxe from €244 to €1,250
• Junior Suite from €312 to €1,700
• Suite from €459 to €2,600
• Junior Suite Fleurs from €342 to €1,900
• Suite Fleurs from €488 to €2,800
• Prestige Deluxe from €293 to €1,500
• Prestige Junior Suite from €410 to €2,400
• Prestige Suite from €546 to €3,050
• Prestige Suite with whirlpool from €585 to €3,250
• Apartment from €439 to €2,250
• Prestige Apartment from €839 to €6,300
• Extra bed €125 / night in high season, €95 for the rest of the year
These rates are provided for information purposes only; the rate indicated at the time of booking shall prevail.
A tourist tax (2025 basis) of €4.69 per person (adult) and per day (from 18 years old) will be added.

Pricing for main additional services offered in conjunction with room booking:
• SPA access from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival to 11:00 AM on the day of departure, including pools, lagoon, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, and fitness room: complimentary.
• Extra bed €125 / night in high season, €95 for the rest of the year
As this service may not be available at the last minute, the Client is required to inform Domaine du Mas de Pierre of their request for this supplement at the latest at the time of booking.
Failing this, Domaine du Mas de Pierre shall not suffer nor be held liable for any negative consequences resulting therefrom (cancellation, prejudice, etc.).
• Pet: €50 per night.
• Transport service to the airport or city: refer to the price list
(Airport transfer).
• Private underground garage: €25 per night.
• Electric car charging stations: €40 per charge.
• Electric bike rental: €70 per day or €50 per half-day (€500 security deposit check).
• Room Service: refer to the price list
(Room service).
Breakfast: €5 delivery fee.
Other room service: €10 delivery fee.
• Les dimanches de Pierre: €60 per adult and €30 per child up to 12 years old (excluding drinks).
• Kids Club, accessible only by reservation and during French school holidays only. Details:
– Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Friday and Saturday)
– Rate: €17 per hour (afternoon snack included), noting that each lunch will be taken at Dolce Provenza at the price of a children’s menu (€32).
• Laundry: refer to the price list available in the room.

The client is informed that, in the event of non-payment for a hotel service, Domaine du Mas de Pierre may – at its sole discretion – exercise its right of retention over all the client’s property, in accordance with Articles 1948, 1951, and 1952 of the French Civil Code.
This right of retention will be exercised until full payment of the sums due.

All treatments are for leisure, well-being, and relaxation. They are non-therapeutic and non-medical.
All treatments are unisex and can be performed as a duo or in a group. The duration specified for each treatment corresponds to the actual duration of the treatments.

The Client may book a service at the SPA of Domaine du Mas de Pierre directly through the following means:

• By telephone by calling +33 (0)4 93.59.00.37
Bookings can also be made through the service provider Thalasseo.

Hours:
• SPA Treatments: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM year-round and 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM in July/August
• SPA Access and well-being facilities (spa pool, hammam, saunas, whirlpool, snow cave): 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Fitness room access: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Arrival at the SPA is required 20 minutes before the scheduled start time of the treatments, in order to complete a pre-treatment questionnaire and enjoy the welcome ritual. Any delay will be deducted from the reserved treatment time.
A credit card imprint will be mandatory at the time of booking.

A kit including a bathrobe, a pair of flip-flops, and a towel will be provided. This kit and its contents must be returned at the end of the treatments.
Any cancellation or rescheduling of a treatment must be made at least 24 business hours before the start of the treatment, at spa@lemasdepierre.com or by telephone at +33 (0)4 93.59.00.37.
Any no-show or cancellation after this period will result in the full amount of the treatment being charged (using the credit card number recorded at the time of booking).
In the case of a subscription or a Gift Invitation, the treatment amount will be deducted from it.

The rates applicable for treatments or SPA stays are specified in the SPA Guide.

Certain services may be incompatible with the Client’s specific health status and/or require adaptation.
A health status form is provided to the Client upon entry to the SPA. The Client is expressly informed that if they refuse to complete said form, the treatment will be performed without any adaptation.

Domaine du Mas de Pierre is bound by an obligation of safety and advice. Nevertheless, it cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from treatments performed without adaptation or despite a contraindication, if such damage is due to a lack of information or incorrect information regarding the Client’s health status.

Access to the SPA and fitness facilities can also be obtained through subscriptions, according to the following packages.
No package/subscription (one month or one year) purchased is refundable.

Échappée solo subscription
Package of 10 treatments + 10 SPA accesses to be used during treatments.
No time limit
Rate: €1,650

Échappée duo subscription
Package of 20 treatments + 20 SPA accesses to be used during treatments.
No time limit
Rate: €2,990 total for two people

Solo Wellness Membership
Unlimited access to the SPA and fitness room from Monday to Friday, 10% off accommodation and the Dolce Provenza bistro, 10% discount on coaching sessions and SPA treatments, 1 coaching session.
Monthly rate: €290
Annual rate: €2,700

Wellness duo subscription
Unlimited access to the SPA and fitness room from Monday to Friday, 10% off accommodation and the Dolce Provenza bistro, 10% discount on coaching and SPA treatments, 1 coaching session.
Monthly rate: €490 total for two people
Annual rate: €5,000 total for two people

Volupté solo subscription
Unlimited access to the SPA and fitness room all week, 10% off accommodation and the Dolce Provenza bistro, 15% discount on coaching and SPA treatments, 1 coaching session.
Monthly rate: €450
Annual rate: €4,300

Volupté duo subscription
Unlimited access to the SPA and fitness all week, 10% off accommodation and the Dolce Provenza bistro, 15% discount on coaching and SPA treatments, 1 coaching session.
Monthly rate: €750 total for two people
Annual rate: €8,000 total for two people

Le Lagon Restaurant
Le Lagon Restaurant is only open during the summer season. Precise opening and closing dates are variable (weather, attendance…).

All booking confirmations are subject to a credit card imprint taken by Domaine du Mas de Pierre.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the client at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation within a shorter period or a no-show will result in a charge of:
• €45 per person for breakfast.
• €100 per person for dinner.

Domaine du Mas de Pierre offers gift cards and gift sets for sale. The content of each set varies and can be viewed at the link indicated in 6.2. These cards and sets can be ordered online by the Client on the Domaine du Mas de Pierre website, or by email at reservation@lemasdepierre.com, by telephone at +33 (0)4.93.59.00.10, or directly at the estate.

All services mentioned in the gift sets must be booked subsequently and are subject to availability.

Unless otherwise stated by Mas de Pierre on the order form, the following rules apply:
• gift sets cannot be used in July and August.
• sets and cards are valid for one (1) year from the date they are sent by email.
• gift sets and cards are non-refundable (subject to the legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt for gift cards).

Regarding gift cards, the chosen amount is determined by the Client.
Regarding gift sets, the rates for each set can be viewed at https://www.lemasdepierre.com/offres-et-coffrets-cadeaux/

It is specified that the rates listed are the minimum rates that will be applied for the sets. The Client is informed that these rates are subject to increase if they wish to modify the services offered (for example: room upgrade).

For services not specified or whose price is not stated in these Terms and Conditions (e.g., room booking or privatization), it is necessary to contact Domaine du Mas de Pierre directly so that a specific quote can be prepared.

Any damage or theft committed within the grounds of Domaine du Mas de Pierre, including damage to tablets provided in rooms or theft of items contained in the kit provided at the SPA entrance, will be billed at a flat rate of €120.
If the amount of the damage or theft exceeds the flat rate, Domaine du Mas de Pierre reserves the right to bill the actual cost incurred.

• Cards (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express, Diners).
• Payments by check are not accepted.
• Cash (€500 bills are not accepted).

Domaine du Mas de Pierre has taken out civil liability insurance with an organization located in France that is notably solvent.

Items found by the staff of Domaine du Mas de Pierre will, if their dimensions allow, be secured in a safe for a period of 3 years in accordance with the law.
These items will be returned upon the client’s first request; however, Domaine du Mas de Pierre reserves the right to require any document needed to confirm ownership of the item or guarantee its return to its owner (invoice, ID of the person authorized to collect the item, etc.).
Where applicable, the costs and risks of shipping will be entirely borne by the client.
