Relaxation & Gourmet Day
Treat yourself to a wellness interlude at Domaine du Mas de Pierre. Enjoy half-day access to the SPA facilities (swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, saunas, Snow Cave, relaxation rooms, and herbal tea lounge) either in the morning from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM or in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and let yourself be pampered with a 1-hour or 1.5-hour Signature treatment. Then, enjoy a healthy and gourmet lunch at Bistrot Dolce Provenza, accompanied by water, coffee, and seasonal herbal tea.

PAOMA© Detox Day
Experience a rebalancing and revitalizing journey with the PAOMA© organic range. Choose between a 60-minute draining massage or a 120-minute Harmony ritual, combining a revitalizing massage and a Beauty Revealer facial to leave your skin soft and energized. The day includes half-day access to the SPA facilities (swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, saunas, Snow Cave, relaxation rooms, and herbal tea lounge) either in the morning from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM or in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and a wellness lunch at Bistrot Dolce Provenza.

Opening hours
The SPA welcomes you all year round for treatments from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
The wellness facilities (heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, hammam, Snow Cave) are accessible:
• from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM for hotel guests,
• from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM for our external guests, depending on the package booked.
The fitness room is open:
• from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM for hotel guests,
• from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM for external guests.
Access to the facilities
Access to the wellness facilities is included and complimentary for hotel guests, with no prior reservation required.
During peak periods, access may be temporarily regulated to preserve comfort and the quality of the experience.
Children aged 4 to 18, accompanied by an adult, may access only the pool and jacuzzi from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, excluding the period from 15 June to 15 September.
Wet areas (saunas, hammam, Snow Cave) are strictly reserved for guests aged 18 and over.
For external guests:
• access to the facilities is available at an additional charge, depending on the duration of the treatment booked,
• the facilities are not accessible to anyone under 18,
• children’s treatments are available from 6 years of age.
Our SPA Discovery Days and subscriptions provide full access to the facilities, under the conditions defined at the time of booking.
Attire, comfort & serenity
A bathrobe, flip-flops and a towel will be provided on arrival. Swimwear is mandatory in all wet areas. To preserve the tranquillity of the premises, we kindly ask you to keep your voice low and discreet, and to keep phones on silent mode. For your safety, we recommend removing jewellery and valuables before your treatment. Lockers in the changing rooms are available for storing your personal belongings. The SPA declines all responsibility in the event of loss or items left behind.

As part of a commitment to sustainable wellbeing and respect for our environment, the SPA is committed every day to limiting its ecological impact. We invite you to take part in this responsible approach by adopting a few simple actions:

• mindful use of water and showers,

These small gestures help preserve natural resources while maintaining the quality and comfort of your experience at the SPA.
Booking & punctuality
Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time to fully enjoy the welcome ritual and calmly prepare for your treatment. The reserved time corresponds to the start time of the treatment. Any delay will result in an equivalent reduction in the treatment duration, with no change to the price. All our treatments are wellness treatments, non-therapeutic and non-medical. Some treatments can be performed as a duo, upon request.
Cancellation
Any cancellation or change must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. After this time, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the treatment will be charged or deducted from the gift voucher or subscription used.
Special conditions & health
Please inform us at the time of booking of any special condition: pregnancy, allergies, medical condition, ongoing medical treatment… Certain situations (notably heavy treatments or specific conditions) may require a medical certificate authorising the treatment.
Gift vouchers & boutique
Our personalised gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Extend the SPA experience at home thanks to our boutique, offering bath products, accessories and lifestyle items.

A dedicated SPA car park is available outside the hotel. Upon arrival at the Domaine, please follow the path to the left of the main white gate, then turn left to access the SPA car park.
