House Rules

Le Domaine du Mas de Pierre

These house rules are displayed at each entrance to the Hotel. A paper or digital copy (Flashcode© consultation) is available at the reception. Any person entering the Hotel Premises is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these provisions.

Le Domaine du Mas de Pierre is a private establishment open to the public, providing luxury hotel and SPA/thalassotherapy services.

For the purpose of these regulations, the following terms are defined as:

• “Hotel”: the entity responsible for the premises and providing the services, as well as its representatives (including its staff).
• “Premises”: all areas comprising the hotel: rooms, common areas, staff-only areas.
• “Common Areas”: all areas accessible to any visitor, including the reception, boutique, spa, elevators, stairs, access corridors, restaurant, bar, and terrace.
• “Visitor”: any person (passer-by, hotel service provider, guest, staff, etc.) entering the premises.
• “Guest”: any person who has booked a service with the hotel and is welcomed as such on the premises.

The premises are open and freely accessible, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Hotel may, at any time, require visitors to comply with certain specific measures (access restrictions, mask-wearing, etc.) for security or health reasons, even in the absence of specific legislation imposing these measures.

Visitors must respect the premises and their equipment (furniture, decorative elements, etc.), and report any reprehensible act to the hotel (damage, vandalism, indecency, offense to public morals, etc.).

The use of the premises must be conducted in a manner that preserves their tranquility and does not disturb public order or good morals, which implies compliance with regulations and excludes any agitated or shocking behavior. It is particularly forbidden to:

• Smoke or vape,
• Wear indecent attire,
• Possess, use, or consume illicit or dangerous products,
• Infringe upon the rules of use indicated by displayed pictograms, particularly concerning elevators,
• Dispose of waste outside of bins,
• Demonstrate, run, dance, sing, make noise, throw or drop objects, display banners, post inscriptions, engage in games or sports or religious activities,
• Obstruct the premises by storing anything (bicycle, package, suitcase, or other items). Any suspicious object (abandoned, chained to furniture, or of dubious origin) may, as a security measure, be impounded, or even damaged or destroyed, exclusively at the expense and risk of its owner.

In general, any restoration or repair will be charged to offenders whose behavior has caused damage.

Any person violating the provisions of these regulations may be asked to leave the Premises, without being able to claim damages of any kind.

Items found by the staff of Le Domaine du Mas de Pierre will, if their dimensions allow, be secured in a safe for a period of three (3) years in accordance with the law.

These items will be returned upon the Visitor’s first request, although Le Domaine du Mas de Pierre reserves the right to require any document needed to confirm ownership of the item or guarantee its return to its owner (invoice, identification of the person authorized to collect the item, etc.).

If applicable, the shipping costs and risks will be entirely borne by the visitor.

Common Areas

Visitors moving through the Common Areas must adopt reasonable behavior (do not use phones on speaker mode, do not run, refrain from shouting, initiating or participating in a fight or disturbance of any kind) and appropriate attire: it is notably forbidden to circulate shirtless, and when allowed, bathrobes must be worn over swimwear or underwear.

Subject to the prohibitions listed below, animals on a leash are permitted; however, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse access to a Visitor accompanied by an animal clearly likely to disturb the tranquility of the Premises, or to be dangerous and unmuzzled.

Visitors welcomed to the Premises for professional reasons (especially service providers) are obliged to maintain a discreet attitude so as not to disturb the tranquility of the Premises and Guests.

It is strictly forbidden for any unauthorized Visitor to access areas of the Premises reserved for staff (parking, closed doors or doors marked “staff only”, etc.).

The Restaurant – La Table de Pierre

The restaurant is open to Visitors from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM for breakfast and from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM for evening service (Tuesday to Saturday).

La Table de Pierre does not provide lunch service.

Wearing a bathrobe is permitted only for breakfast.

In accordance with the consumer code, restaurant staff may refuse to serve, particularly alcohol, to any Visitor for a legitimate reason (e.g., obvious intoxication).

Le Bistrot Dolce Provenza

The restaurant is open to Visitors from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM for lunch and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, daily.

In accordance with the consumer code, bar staff may refuse to serve, particularly alcohol, to any Visitor for a legitimate reason (e.g., obvious intoxication).

The Bar

In accordance with the consumer code, bar staff may refuse to serve, particularly alcohol, to any visitor for a legitimate reason (e.g., obvious intoxication).

THE SPA, pool, fitness, and Kids Club

These house rules apply within these areas, which are governed by specific internal regulations.

In case of contradiction between these rules and the specific internal regulations, the latter shall prevail.

Elevators

Elevator users are required to respect the maximum capacities indicated by the equipment in terms of weight. They must also maintain reasonable behavior (priority to those unable to use the stairs, no jumping, etc.).

They are forbidden from causing any damage whatsoever.

Any restoration or repair will be charged to offenders whose behavior has caused damage.

Restrooms

Restrooms and sanitary facilities are available to Visitors at all times.

All Visitors using the restrooms are required to leave them clean. They are forbidden from causing any damage or engaging in indecent or obscene behavior therein.

Any restoration or repairs will be charged to offenders whose behavior has caused damage.

Outdoor Areas

It is forbidden to circulate in outdoor areas outside of designated walking paths, and particularly to enter planters and green spaces.

Any damage caused by a Visitor – or by a person or object under their care – to any of these spaces or to any of the artworks displayed on the Estate may result in immediate expulsion, without any right to compensation.

The Hotel also reserves the right to seek compensation for any damage caused.

Video Surveillance

All Common Areas are under video surveillance for the security of persons and property. Cameras are positioned to film each access point of the Hotel.

In accordance with regulations, signs providing a first level of information on the subject are placed at each entrance to the estate.

Images are stored for 15 days and are accessible to authorized hotel staff, the remote monitoring staff of the service provider, and judicial police officers in the event of an incident.

Video surveillance constitutes personal data processing. The purpose of this processing is to ensure the security of property and persons within the Premises.

As such, it relies on the legitimate interest legal basis, in accordance with Article 6.1.f of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Given the purpose pursued and the positioning of the cameras, the processing concerns all Hotel Visitors.

In the event of an incident related to the security of persons and property, video surveillance images may be extracted from the system. They are then stored on a separate medium for the duration of the procedures related to this incident and are accessible only to authorized persons within this framework.

You may access your data or request its erasure. You also have the right to object, rectify, and limit the processing of your data (see cnil.fr for more information on your rights).

To exercise these rights or for any questions regarding the processing of your data within this system, you may:
